• All parts that come into contact with food are stainless steel type 316L
• Capacity approx. 100 l/h
• Overrun is adjustable from 0% to 200%
• Parameters (temperature and flow of the mix supply, temperature, pressure and flow rate of the ice flow, pressure in the freezing cylinder, rotational speed of the churning rod, viscosity of the ice cream mix, overrun) are adjustable and recordable.
In cooling system, percent opening of cooling control valve and percent opening supply are indicated
• Cooled ripening tank with an effective capacity of 250 l is also available
• Ventilated quick freezer (-25 °C) is also available
