Technical specifications
• All parts of the machine that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel type 316 l
• The freeze dryer can be used either as a "contact" or "radiation" type
The capacity of the ice condenser is 8 kg/24h, with a total capacity of 10 l
• Minimum temperature of the ice condenser is -85 °C. The 5 shelves have a temperature range between -50 °C and +120 °C
• Total shelf area is 0.7 m²
• Adjustable distance between shelves
• Parameters (process time, vacuum, temperature ice condenser, temperature characteristics, product temperature, etc.) are adjustable, programmable or recordable
• 30-programme memory. Each programme can include up to 32 process steps

Application

• Freeze-drying of both solid and liquid products in bulk and in many different types of packaging (ampoules, vials, glass bottles)
